This policy covers the Hey Babe website at getheybabe.com, including the waitlist and contact form. The Hey Babe app will have its own privacy policy, published here before the app is available.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address, the phone type you pick (optional), which version of our headline you saw, which form you used, and the date you signed up.
• Contact form: the name, email address, topic and message you send us, and the date.
• Anonymous counts: we count how many times each version of our headline is shown, per day. These counts contain no personal information: no IP address, no email and no identifiers.

Cookies and local storage

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores one small value (which headline version you see) so the page looks the same each time you visit. You can clear it any time by clearing site data in your browser.

How we use it

• To email you about the Hey Babe launch and closely related news.
• To answer your messages.
• To learn which headline works best.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Where it's stored

The website and its database run on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for the launch. We keep contact messages as long as needed to help you.

Your choices

Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. To see, correct or delete your information, send us a message through the contact form with the topic "Privacy" and we'll take care of it.

Age

Hey Babe is meant for adults 17 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
